Durham Pelvic Health Physiotherapy provides patient-centred, evidence-based care to patients of all ages and stages of life. We see patients with a variety of pelvic concerns.

Durham Pelvic Health is an established physiotherapist owned and operated clinic with a wide referral base of midwives, Ob/Gyn, urologists, naturopathic and family doctors located in Whitby, Ajax, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville and Newcastle. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about women’s health and pelvic health and who collaborates with other pelvic physiotherapists.

• Wants to continue learning and sharing information

• Available to work two evenings

• Level 1-3 pelvic health training and orthopaedic experience would be an asset

 

2.  Patient Experience Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greeting all patients professionally
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and answering questions
  • Inputing patient data into electronic medical records
  • Scheduling patient appointments correctly using Jane
  • Accept payment accurately
  • Cleaning office and treatment rooms as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to patients and therapists
  • Positive in the workplace
  • Professional attitude and commitment to improve quality of service
  • Organized and willing to help maintain professional and clean workplace
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Provide administrative support for therapists
  • Scanning/filing paperwork
  • Process payments through POS
  • Jane scheduling system experience is an asset
  • Medical Office qualifications is an asset
